By using ASAP AI, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. The service
ASAP AI provides AI-assisted image and video generation. AI output can be unpredictable and may not always match a prompt exactly. You are responsible for reviewing output before using or sharing it.
3. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity carried out through your account. You must provide accurate account information.
4. Your content and permissions
You may only upload images, prompts, and other material that you have the right to use. You must not upload unlawful, harmful, deceptive, infringing, or privacy-violating content.
5. Prohibited use
You may not use the service to create illegal content, impersonate people deceptively, violate intellectual-property rights, distribute malware, abuse the service, or bypass limits and security controls.
6. Credits and payments
Generations may use credits. Credit prices, quantities, and any subscription terms will be shown before purchase. Credits are non-transferable and have no cash value except where required by law.
7. Availability and changes
We may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service to maintain quality, security, or legal compliance. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every generation will succeed.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, ASAP AI is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Use it at your own risk.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms as the service evolves. Continuing to use ASAP AI after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
